On July 22, 2021, SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. conducted the environmental acceptance inspection of the underlying project pursuant to the Environmental Acceptance Inspection and Surveillance Report of the Beautification Sealant and Dry Hanging Adhesive Production Project of SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. and the Interim Measures for the Environmental Acceptance Inspection of Construction Projects, and in strict accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations, the technical guidelines for the environmental acceptance inspection of construction projects, the reporting form on the environmental impact of the project, the opinions of the regulatory department and other requirements. The acceptance team consists of the construction company, the surveillance agency (CCIC Fujian Chuangxin Inspection Technology Co., Ltd.), the environmental assessment agency (Fujian Jinhuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.), the producer of the acceptance report (CCIC Fujian Chuangxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.) and three invited experts. Based on the review of the relevant materials and through careful deliberation, the acceptance team has reached the following conclusions: through on-site inspection, document examination and careful deliberation as well as checking against the circumstances of acceptance failure laid out in the Interim Measures for the Environmental Acceptance Inspection of Construction Projects, we have found no circumstances of acceptance failure in the project; the “three simultaneous” system, the environmental impact report and the environmental protection measures required by the regulatory authorities in their approval opinions have all been delivered, and the surveillance result shows that the pollutants have satisfied the emission standards. The acceptance team therefore agrees that the project has passed the environmental acceptance inspection.

In accordance with the Environmental Protection Management Regulations of Construction Projects (State Council Decree No. 682), the Interim Measures for the Environmental Acceptance Inspection of Construction Projects and other relevant national laws and regulations, the Environmental Acceptance Inspection and Surveillance Report of the Beautification Sealant and Dry Hanging Adhesive Production Project of SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd., the opinions of acceptance inspection and other matters requiring explanation are hereby published:
