Storage life:
It can be stored for 24 months in sealed state in a cool (5–35°C) and dry place by keeping it away from direct sunlight under high temperature and ignition sources.
Dilution ratio:
Depending on actual needs, add 0–15% clear water for dilution, and stir evenly before application.
Substrate requirements:
(1) The substrate is well dried after the curing period expires, with the moisture content less than 10% and the pH value less than 10.
(2) The substrate must be solid, dry, flat, clean, and free of floating ash and oil stains.
Environmental requirements:
The ambient and substrate surface temperature should be 5–35°C, and the ambient humidity should be no more than 85%.
Curing period:
The surface drying time is 2h/25°C and the recoating time is 4h/25°C (both of them will vary with the ambient temperature and humidity).
- The content of VOC, formaldehyde and other hazardous substances are lower than the requirements of China Environmental Labelling certifications.
- It meets the performance requirements for qualified products specified in national standards, and has high cost performance.
- Non-color mixing product: The paint film is white under normal conditions.
