The product complies with the requirements of JG/T 375-2012 Acrylic Waterproof Coating for Metal Roof.

The product can be used in the waterproof engineering of color steel roofs and other directly exposed metal roofs. It can also be used in concrete roof, asphalt roof and other roof systems.

When the coating film of the waterproof layer is 1.0 mm thick, the usage is about 1.7 ~ 2.0 kg/m2. (Actual usage depends on the substrate condition and coating thickness.)

Substrate treatment → application of additional waterproof layer in details → coating for large-area waterproof layer → quality inspection and acceptance → application of protective and isolation layers

• The application temperature is 5℃ ~ 35℃, and no application is allowed when the relative humidity is below 85%, on rainy or snowy days, or in gale weather above Grade 5. Please follow the instructions provided by 3TREES.

• Substrate treatment: The substrate should be even, free of floating ash, oil stain, rust and visible water, with loose parts reinforced and corroded parts polished. When the product is used on color steel roofs which are seriously corroded or damaged or on concrete roofs, a primer must be applied.

• Application of additional waterproof layer in details: Adopt high pressure airless spraying, roller coating or brush coating, and make a reinforcement layer at expansion joints, drainage pipes and lap joints and other detail nodes. Adopt the "cloth laying before coating" method, embed reinforced polyester cloth in the coating for reinforcement treatment, so that the waterproof coating can fully permeate the matrix layer, without wrinkle or edge warping.

• Coating for large-area waterproof layer: For large-area surface waterproof coating, the coating film should be applied 2-3 times, and the second coating can only start after the first coating is dry. The coating time interval is generally 12h, and the drying time in low temperature environment may be extended appropriately. The thickness of each coating shall be 0.5mm, and the coating shall not be too thick. The coating directions should be perpendicular to each other, and coating should be uniform, with no missing spot.

• During transportation, it is necessary to prevent rain, sun exposure, freezing, extrusion and collision, and keep the package intact.
  

• Store in a cool and dry place at 5 ℃ to 35 ℃, and avoid sun exposure, freezing, extrusion and collision.

• Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the product lasts for 12 months.

• After opening for use, make sure to tightly seal the unused part to prevent the coating from being polluted and drying.
  

• There may be slight delamination before the coating is opened. It can be used after mixing evenly without adding water.
  

• Protective items should be worn during construction. In case of contact with eyes, make sure to wash them with clean water in time. After application, the tools should be washed and cleaned with tap water immediately.

• Before the coating is dry, it is forbidden to walk on the waterproof layer, and attention should be paid to protecting it from damage or destruction.

• Quality requirements for the coating surface: Uniform color, no sand hole, leakage, bottom penetration, powder dropping, peeling, alkali spreading, color biting, falling, lumping or other phenomena.

• This product should not be mixed with coatings from other brands.
