
The SGW700 Non-cured Rubber Asphalt Waterproof Coating is a waterproof coating with rubber, asphalt and softening oil as the main ingredients, mixed with high temperature additives and fillers, which can keep a sticky paste state within its service life.
This product meets the technical indicator requirements of JC/T 2428-2017 Non-curable Rubber Modified Asphalt Coating for Waterproofing.

Application performance: It can be sprayed at 150℃-160℃, immediately form a film and allow the next work procedure to start right away without maintenance.
Chemical corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance: After immersion test in acid, alkali and salt media and thermal aging treatment, it can maintain >90% performance.
Temperature adaptability: It can withstand temperature of as high as 60℃-70℃ and still maintain good flexibility at a low temperature of -20 ℃
Creep performance: It can effectively absorb substrate stress, protect the waterproof layer from damage, improve the reliability and extend the service life of the waterproof layer.
Bonding performance: It can bond with concrete, wood, steel plate and other substrate surfaces, with no-easy peel-off and excellent self-healing property to fill substrate deformation cracks.
Environmental performance: Containing no organic solvent and with a content of more than 99% in solids, it is a non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free and environmentally friendly waterproof coating.
For a 1.0mm coating film, the theoretical usage is approximately 1.3 - 1.4 kg/m2. It can be applied by spraying or scrapping coating.

During transportation, pay attention to fire safety, avoid extrusion and collision, and keep the package intact.
The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place, at a storage temperature of not higher than 4 ℃. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and keep it away from fire and heat sources.
Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the product lasts for 1 year.
The application environment temperature is -10℃ - 35℃. Application is not allowed on rainy or snowy days, or in gale weather above Grade 5.
Before application, the product should be heated and stirred evenly. It is suggested that the scraping temperature should be 120 ℃ - 140 ℃, the spraying temperature should be 140 ℃ - 170 ℃, and the heating temperature should not exceed 200 ℃. Otherwise, product performance will be affected.
Special equipment shall be used during construction. The construction equipment shall be equipped with professional operators (electrician, sprayer, etc.) and have good mixing function to ensure uniform heating of materials. According to the use frequency of the equipment, clean the filter screen and pipe, and lubricate and maintain the motor and other parts.
Make sure to adopt the hot sticking method.
Strictly prohibit fire and keep good ventilation at the application. Application personnel should be equipped with labor protection items to avoid scalding.
In the application process, follow the provision on application time, safe and standardized application and environmental management, as well as other regulations on fire safety, traffic safety, social security, etc.
