Usage ratios: For brushing: powder:clear water = 1:0.4

For scraping: powder:clear water = 1:0.25

Two application methods may be adopted for the product: brushing method, and dry powder spraying method：

Brushing method: 

Substrate treatment: Use a wire brush or grinder to remove floating mortar, alkali, oil stains, dust and other foreign sunstances from the surface, make the surface rough, and then wash it with water.

Ingredient mixing: Pour water into a container first, then put the powder into the water, and mechanically stir it for about 10 minutes.

Brushing: Use a hard brush to apply the coating evenly to the surface of the concrete substrate. Generally, brush 2~3 times, spray water onto or cover the surface with a wet item for maintenance after each brushing, and brush again after strength is acquired. If the previous coating has turned dry and white, it is then necessary to spray water to wet it and then brush again. When the coating film is 0.8mm thick, the usage is approximately 1.0~1.2kg/m2.

Dry powder spreading method: 

Evenly spread the powder onto the surface of the not completely solidified concrete, press the powder into the concrete with a grinder immediately and then polish it until the required effect is achieved. The usage is 1.5kg/m2.

Recommended maintenance methods: water mist, wet cloth and other water preservation methods, and the maintenance period should not be less than 72 hours.

·This product is a non-inflammable and non-explosive material, and can be transported as general goods. During transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight, freezing, rain, extrusion and collision, and keep the package intact.

·This product should be kept ventilated, dry and protected from direct sunlight. The storage temperature is 5℃ ~35℃.

·Storage life: 12 months.

·This product is alkaline. Make sure to wear gloves during the application process. It is recommended that application personnel should wear dust-proof glasses and masks. Do not directly touch the product with hands. If you have any discomfort, please see a doctor in time.

·Pay attention to ventilation on site, and wash hands with clean water after use.

·This product is suitable for application in a 5℃~40℃ environment.

·Do not mix the dried slurry with water for use.

·The product should be sealed and kept in a ventilated, cool and dry place indoors.
