This product is widely used in non-exposed waterproof works of buildings in various fields and of various types; it is suitable for underground and indoor waterproof works, as well as waterproof works for open-cut subways, bridges, tunnels, pools and other facilities. The waterproof works of all kinds of concrete-built water tanks, pools, swimming pools, subways, bridges, tunnels and other facilities. It is especially suitable for waterproof works where no open fire can be used.

Hot glue application process

Substrate treatment → application of additional layer → hot glue large-area application → air discharging and compaction → closed water test → construction of protective layer

Key Point

Substrate treatment: Clean the surface first, and the substrate should be solid, flat and clean.

Application of additional layer: All internal and external corners, pipe roots, eaves gutters, deformation joints and other parts should be treated with an additional layer, and the membrane should be cut into appropriate size and shape in advance.

Large-area application: Adopt non-cured coating to apply the hot-adhesive waterproof membrane; while the non-cured coating is brushed, roll and lay the waterproof membrane.

Lap treatment: The lap width of the membrane should be 100mm, and the lap area of the membrane should be sealed separately. The hot melting method should be adopted for application, to the extent of asphalt strips overflowing from the lap area of the upper and lower membranes.

Closed water test: Conduct closed water test according to the requirements of the application plan.

Construction of protective and isolation layers: Create a protective layer as required by relevant specifications or designs.

Self-adhesive application process

Substrate treatment →application of additional layer → self-adhering large-area application → air discharging and compaction → closed water test → construction of protective layer

Key Point

Substrate treatment: Clean the surface first, and the substrate should be solid, flat, and clean; brush substrate treatment agent evenly, with no exposed or missing coating.

Application of additional layer: Internal and external corners, pipe roots, eaves gutters, deformation seams and other positions should be treated with an additional layer, and lay the membrane cut into the right size and shape to the substrate layer. Heating equipment should be adopted for those details where it is not easy to paste the membrane.

Large-area application: Once the substrate treatment agent has dried, make sure to timely snap the line and lay the membrane.

Closed water test: Conduct closed water test according to the requirements of the application plan.

Construction of protective and isolation layers: After the membrane is laid and passes inspection, construct the waterproof protective layer according to the design requirements.

• During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stored separately and should not be mixed

• Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and ensure good ventilation

• The storage temperature should not be higher than 45℃, and the horizontal storage height should not exceed five layers

• Avoid inclining or transverse pressure during transportation, and cover with tarpaulin if necessary

• Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period of the product is one year from the date of production

• Application is strictly prohibited on rainy or snowy days, or in gale weather above Grade 5.

• The application environment temperature should not be lower than 5℃.
  

• In case of rain in the application process, it is necessary to protect the membranes which are already laid.

• Complete safety protection facilities should be provided at the application site.
