The surface to be applied must be clean, dry, flat and free of oil, stain, etc.
The environment temperature shall be 5℃-35 ℃ and humidity ≤80%; the object to be glued shall have moisture content ≤12%.
The glue shall be applied evenly, ≥150g/㎡. For softer wood the amount shall be 150-250g/㎡. Overlap the boards to be glued, and apply a pressure of 0.5-1Mpa and keep it for 24 hours. For softer wood, the pressure shall be at the lower limit, and harder wood, the upper limit.
One shall decide the best plan according to purpose, environment, etc. to ensure maximum adhesion.
The product is best stored in a temperature of 5℃-35℃.
