The caulking plaster is made of quality plaster with professional formula. It is used to treat the seams of gypsum boards, straighten internal/external corners and mend minor damages of gypsum boards. It provides reliable seam treatment when used together with joint tape.

• Conditions: Wall is flat and dry, humidity ≤10%.
  

• Temperature: 5-35℃.

1. The plaster boards shall be solidly fixed to eliminate looseness between them; all dust and stain in any seam shall be removed.

2. The paste shall be made by adding powder into water according to a certain proportion, mixing evenly, and leaving it for five minutes for full dissolution. 

3. Apply paste, at a width of around 10cm at seams; any gap wider than 3mm between plaster boards shall be filled up in advance.

4. After drying, apply paste at a width of 20cm on the seam surface.

5. After drying, sandpaper can be used to polish the surface, to remove slight unevenness.

1. The product shall not be used if it has caked because of humidity or mixed with foreign material.

2. Make the paste according to the needed amount, paste older than a certain time cannot be stirred and used again

3. Only water is needed for dilution; no glue of any kind is necessary.

4. The product shall be placed on a wooden tray and stored in a cool, dry place, against moisture and water.
