The 360 formaldehyde resistant antibacterial wall paint is an interior wall emulsion paint featuring excellent performance in purifying formaldehyde and high resistance to bacteria, which can effectively eliminate the invisible concerns caused by formaldehyde release and bacterial growth during home decoration. Made with the Health+ formula, this product is highly efficient, odorless and free of 7 additives, but it is added with "formaldehyde to water" materials. Its paint film can effectively decompose the free formaldehyde and turn it into harmless water molecules, therefore reducing formaldehyde pollution after home decoration. Meanwhile, the film also has high resistance to common bacteria in homes. In addition, this product has passed a number of environmental certifications in and outside China. It meets the more stringent Health+ Water-Based Coating Standard, and creates a healthy home environment.

• China Green Product Certification: Certified according to Green Product Assessment - Coating Material (GB/T 35602) (*Since China Green Product Regulations only apply to top-grade products, color-matching base paint and eggshell paint are not covered.)

• 3TREES Health+ Enterprise Standard: Follow the specification for water-based architectural coatings stipulated in the Health+ Water-Based Coating Standard (Q/SKSP 038).

• Free of 7 additives: No added VOC, formaldehyde, benzene substances (toluene, xylene, and ethylbenzene), pigments and fillers with excessive heavy metals, APEO, ethylene glycol ether and ether ester, as well as PAEs. Color-matching products are not covered in this scope.

• Resistance to bacteria: Tested according to Antibacterial Coating (HG/T 3950). See the test report for details.

• Formaldehyde purification: Tested according to Purificatory Performance of Coatings with Air Purification (JC/T 1074), conforming to the standard requirements.

• Class-0 mold resistance: Tested according to the Test Method for Determining the Resistance of Paints Film to Mold (GB/T 1741), and observed visually at 50x magnification. Mold does not grow on the test sample.

Application instructions: The surface must be clean, dry, neutral, flat, and free of floating ash, oil stains, and foreign substances. Water-leaking positions must undergo waterproof treatment. Before coating, the surface should be polished and leveled to ensure that the surface humidity of the pre-coated substrate is less than 10% and the pH value is less than 10.

Application conditions: Wall temperature ≥ 5°C, humidity ≤ 85%, well-ventilated.

Application method: Brushing, rolling, or spraying.

Dilution ratio: Dilute with clean water to a proper viscosity. It is recommended that the dilution ratio should not exceed 20% (weight ratio).

Theoretical paint consumption: 12–14 m²/L/round (rolling) (paint film is calculated as 30 μm, and actual consumption varies slightly with the roughness and porosity of substrate).

Recoating time: Surface drying for 30–60 minutes, recoating at an interval of 2–3 hours (which may be duly extended under low-temperature and high-humidity conditions).

Maintenance time: 7 days/25°C, which may be duly extended under low-temperature (not lower than 5°C) and high-humidity conditions to obtain solid paint film. In the process of paint film maintenance and daily use, it is suggested that doors and windows should be closed for dehumidification in high humidity weather (such as Wet Spring and Plum Rain).

Substrate treatment:

1. New wall: Thoroughly remove surface dust, oil stains, loose plaster, etc., and repair any holes to ensure that the wall surface is clean, dry and smooth.

2. Re-painting wall: Thoroughly remove the original paint film and putty layer, clean surface dust, and level, polish, clean and thoroughly dry the surface, to prevent the problems left over from the previous wall (odor, mildew, etc.) affecting the application effect.

*Before coating, the substrate should be checked. Coating can only start after the substrate passes acceptance inspection.

Tool cleaning:

After or between applications, please clean the tools with clean water in time to prolong the service life of tools.

The packaging bucket can be recycled after cleaning, and packaging waste may be recycled for reuse.

1. This product should be kept in a dry and well-ventilated place and away from exposure to the sun. Appropriate anti-freezing measures should be taken in winter.

2. This product should be sealed and stored at 5-40°C.
