There is a group of people who are conscientious and never keen to seek attention or competition. They are cosmeticians of cities but little known to people. They are foremen — a group of masters in paint brushing.

3TREES’s market investigator, when visiting a construction site, interviewed a foreman surnamed Li. “I have not been out of the province for 15 years. Spending my time on dusty construction sites all the year round, I have no idea about travel. I just busy myself for life and for my family and cannot stop.”

On July 20, 2017, 3TREES launched a “Health+ Eco Tour” tailored for this group of conscientious people, which was instantly met with extraordinary enthusiasm from them.

From registration to participation in the eco-tour, the foremen were always releasing their unique happy-go-lucky temperament, gaining praise from countless crowds, allowing everyone to get a glimpse of the real face of the foremen.

Li was also lucky enough to be selected for the tour, which took the participants from the 3TREES Green Park to Meizhou Island, and from the township of Mazu to the earthly wonderland of Wuyi Mountain. Breathing in the fresh air of the green hills and green waters, his face was full of relaxed and touched looks that he had rarely shown before. The foremen, who are used to being serious and responsible in their work, are also brave enough to try their hand at various attractions. They proved to be not only capable of decking up homes for homeowners, but also enjoying life with a full appetite. They came back from the tour reinvigorated.

Li said: “The health concept advocated by 3TREES is particularly valued by folks like us who work with paint and coatings every day. A brushed wall that is not only smooth but also healthy is what we should deliver to homeowners. We should be not only good in doing our trade but also doing it in a healthy way.”

During the same period, a video featuring foremen suddenly went viral in the foreman community. It is a foreman's song adopted by a foreman. They proved that people who love life must have unlimited creativity. As a line from the song goes, “We fear not our back soaked in sweats. Life has its share of sweetness as well as bitterness”, which rings true to all people as well as the foremen.
