Evergrande is a VIP customer of 3TREES. Looking back on the cooperation between 3TREES and Evergrande, it has been a process of win-win and common growth. Over the past 10 years of cooperation, 3TREES has supplied interior and exterior wall coatings worth hundreds of millions to Evergrande and has been awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Supplier of Evergrande Real Estate Group" for eight consecutive times. It is also the only company in the coatings industry to be awarded the title of "Excellent Strategic Partner of Evergrande Group".

Earlier, 3TREES mainly provided interior wall paints for Evergrande, but now its exterior engineering coatings such as Natural Stone Paint and Granite Paint have also been adopted by Evergrande. Besides, 3TREES will also have a lot of room for cooperation with Evergrande in categories such as wood paints and tile adhesives.

Over the years, with the deepening cooperation between the two sides, 3TREES has continuously improved its work standards and put in place a customized all-round Evergrande-specific service system delivered through a special service group and a team of 10 people dedicated to follow-up on orders, delivery appointments and confirmation of arrival. 3TREES has also increased the frequency of project visits, strengthened the technical background training in each region, and established a rapid response mechanism to meet Evergrande's needs at the first opportunity.

On October 31, 2016, Chairman Hong led a 3TREES delegation to Guangzhou Evergrande Materials and Equipment Company Ltd for a high-level communication. According to a briefing by personnel of Evergrande at the meeting, so far there had been more than 2,600 orders between 3TREES and Evergrande, of which only one order was delayed due to typhoon, a force majeure.

Through a succession of breakthroughs and metamorphoses, the business volume between 3TREES and Evergrande has grown from more than RMB2 million a year to more than RMB100 million. In early 2017, 3TREES and Evergrande Materials and Equipment Company Ltd signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, under which the latter tentatively committed to a purchase of coatings products worth approximately RMB2 billion from the former from 2017 to 2021. As the two sides keep growing, the figure is set to soar going forward.
