On January 17, 2012, Evergrande Real Estate announced the list of "2011 Excellent Suppliers", and 3TREES was again named to the list, becoming the only brand in the coatings industry to be on the list, following its entry in the previous year.

The selection was made by Evergrande based on assessment of suppliers in terms of comprehensive strength, product quality, timely delivery, on-site cooperation and after-sales service. 3TREES broke into the list for the second time because of its outstanding performance in the past year, including quick and timely delivery, 100% product conforming rate, top aftersales service, and full cooperation.
